We want you to be as happy as possible with your purchase and realize there are times you may choose to return. To request a return please email return request to sales@tackdiscounters.com with item number and reason or use the form below within 14 days of purchase. Returns without a RMA will not be accepted or processed. Once we approve the return you will be issued a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number which you should include with your return to us within 30 days from your purchase date. Upon receipt we inspect to make sure it is brand new, unused, undamaged, unchanged, is clean and in original packaging, with tags/inserts. Buyer is responsible for shipping on returns and exchanges and seller reserves right to charge a restocking fee. Partial refunds issued if product is found to be used, dirty, damaged, altered, not in original packaging and/or not with tags/or insert.
